This website was created by friends of Dr. Minkina to document her struggle for Justice and dispel rumors and false information published in certain legal publication. Authors of many of these articles wrote about the decisions in Dr. Minkina's cases without ever seeing evidence and pleadings filed in court. Many of them cannot even get the publicly available facts straight. For more than 15 years Dr. Minkina fought and still fighting injustice in Massachusetts State and Federal Courts. Many of the decisions in her cases are novel and could be useful to other people who decided to standup for their rights and fight discrimination, injustice and bad lawyers.
